Credentials
I have lived
in Northern Michigan all my life and have been in the construction and
building field for many years. I started this business after I saw
the need home and cottage owners had for a reliable tradesman to do
repairs, maintenance, remodeling, renovation and decoration,
as well as custom designed craftsmanship.
I can help you take your ideas through to completion. Extreme
Makeover is my specialty. I
am a member of the Traverse City, Interlochen and Benzie Chambers of
Commerce. I am insured and have references available.
I am a
Licensed Michigan Builder and like the challenge of being able to help
people with their problems, worries, or wish lists.
I designed and maintain this site and have taken all the photographs
used here.

Home Owners
Up North Home Care exists to help people with their repair,
maintenance and custom decorating needs. I will be your reliable
up north handyman.
If you have a to-do list without anyone to do it, then I can help. If you
can’t get a busy contractor to do that small job then I can help.
Cottage Watch
If you live up north only part of the time, and always have that
nagging worry about your retreat while you are away, then I can help.
I can set up a scheduled visit during your times away and relay
problems or possible problems via email, including pictures if
necessary.
If you would like that decorating or remodeling job
done while you are away, then I can help.
